Terms & Conditions

By requesting or receiving services from Brightwell Cleaning Co, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide residential cleaning services including regular, deep, move-in, move-out, and one-time cleanings. Service scope is agreed during booking. Additional tasks may require adjustments to time and pricing.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or lock-outs may be subject to a fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service.

Prices are based on the size and condition of your home, service frequency, and any add-ons. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your home during scheduled service times. Please secure valuables and fragile items.

While we take great care in your home, accidents can occur. Please report any damage within 48 hours of service so we can investigate and address it promptly. We are fully insured.

If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional cost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightwell Cleaning Co's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree not to directly hire or contract with any Brightwell Cleaning Co team member outside of our services during their employment with us and for 12 months thereafter.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
